This super easy and must try Mexican classic, won't disappoint!
Prep time 5mins - Serves 4
3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
3 medium tomatoes, diced
3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped garlic clove
Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Grab a spoon and scoop the avocado pulp from shells. Put it into a medium bowl and mash it with a fork, leaving some small chunks. If you were after a a creamier consistency, we'd suggest to use a food processor.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients: tomatoes, fresh lime juice, cilantro, onion, garlic, and El Yucateco jalapeno hot sauce into mashed avocado until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Listo! You now have a creamy guacamole, with just the right amount of spiciness and flavour.
