- Authority to Leave is our default for all deliveries; parcels will be left unattended as long as it’s safe to do so.
- If a different arrangement is required, leave a comment within the Order special instructions field above☝️and it will be sent with signature at delivery. Please note there might be a fee for this depending on the selected carrier. We'll get in touch if necessary.
- Deliveries made to Parcel Lockers, PO Box can only be made through Australia Post. Make sure to select that option at checkout.
