Pork Adobo + Pineapple Skewers

Presenting Pork Adobo + Pineapple Skewers 

Super easy to whip up with Goya Foods Adobo Seasoning



Ingredients 
Cubed Pork Fillet
Adobo Seasoning
Pineapple Chunks



For the Salsa 
1/2 Red Inion diced fine
1/2 Cucumber diced
1 Tomato diced
2 tbsp Pineapple Chunks
1 tsp Pineapple Juice from tin
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper

Method

  1. Combine salsa ingredients and allow to marinate.
  2. Marinate the pork and skewer alternating pork and pineapple.
  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked.
  4. Serve skewers with salsa and salad leaves and enjoy !
