La Tortilleria makes the tortillas using the same traditional method indigenous Aztecs have used for millennia. They start with real whole grain corn, then cook, soak and stone-grind fresh. They do not use imported processed corn flour.

- These tortillas do not contain any preservatives, so once opened, store airtight in the fridge for up to two weeks
- Suitable for freezing: these tortillas maintain their quality very well after freezing. Freeze them for up to one month making sure they are stored airtight, and use them immediately after defrosting
